We offer shipping through USPS on all domestic orders. If you choose a faster shipping speed, this does not alter our production time.
Once orders have been shipped out, they become the responsibility of the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delayed deliveries, stolen packages, or any other issue that arise while the order is in the hands of the shipping carrier.
If a problem does occur in shipping, you will need to contact the shipping carrier to resolve or make a claim. We are happy to try and assist if a problem comes up, but please note that we cannot give refunds based on issues that occur during shipping.
